I was born in New Orleans but, grew up in Kenner, LA. I am the only one, of two sisters and one brother, to graduate from high school. At the age of 20, exactly 21 days before my 21st birthday, I joined the military and went to boot camp because I was losing the only home that I knew. I spent about two and a half years in Bethesda, MD working in Labor and Delivery and Post Partum Units. I then moved to Virginia, along with my husband and two children, where I worked in the Customer Service department of a hospital for four years. After eight years I separated from the military.I now stay home with my son and attend school online.
